Dubai World Trade Centre corroborated the development of Zabeel Halls is on course for conclusion and complete operation by the first quarter of 2016.
Projects director for real estate at Dubai World Trade Centre, Amer Alfarsi divulged that the 1.56ha development will be identified as Zabeel Halls 4, 5, and 6.
The construction is happening whereas the development is being added on to the location’s present indoor complex area. The event and exhibition capacity will be around 122,000. This comprises three halls, which will be renowned as Zabeel Halls 4, 5, and 6. One of the halls is sub-dividable into six different locations for smaller events.
Alfarsi also mentioned that the new halls are connected to the current Zabeel Halls 1, 2 and 3 through particularly planned connection corridors that can be completely taken back to consider entire vehicular passages and be completely arranged to form additional exhibition area as a roofed, air-conditioned pathway between both buildings.
Other highlights at the halls will comprise office facilities, in-hall cafes and F&B offerings, a new marshalling yard for event set-up and parking facilities with landscaping.
Along with the unrelenting multiply in demand for new exhibits, and annual scale up of planned events within the Dubai World Trade Centre calendar, the planned custom-built and flexible event area is approximated to receive to the next few years of file development that will in turn support amplifies in business tourism traffic in Dubai.
