Work has begun for the foundation of the Green Community Phase III in Dubai, UAE.
According to the project developer, the awarded contractor has commenced the groundwork of the project which is located in Dubai Investments Park (DIP).
The scope of the Phase III expansion serves for the construction of 210 residential units and 16 duplex apartments. The project designer has stated that the development will feature a retail space.
It is said that the project was proposed in accordance with the strategic plans to finalize projects without any impediment to endorse the investors’ confidence and interests in the real estate market.
At present, Dubai’s Green Community has am overall count of 1,555 units across two phases. The first phase entailed the construction of 719 units whereas 836 units were constructed during the second phase of the project. Total units will reach 1,765 on the completion of Phase III.
It is observed that the government infrastructure projects in Dubai, especially in Dubai Investments Park, has been an effective motivation to sustain and develop the real estate projects; for this reason, the growth in new routes and transport infrastructure impose a major impact in real estate expansion, and it’s absolutely an indispensable, key objective to execute new residential and commercial projects
Green Community Phase III is set for completion in mid-2017.
