Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing, a UAE-based company divulged plans for a new $55 million mixed-use project in Morocco.
The project, which will consist of residential, health, retail and tourism components in the city of Agadir, is the second project for the company in the North African country. It was also behind the 160-bed private hospital constructed in Marrakesh Healthcare City.
The developer stated that the move to think for another expansion in Morocco is in line with its aggressive expansion tactics.
In additional statement, it intends advance and facilitate more investment opportunities between the UAE and Morocco.
According to Masood Al Awar, CEO, Tasweek Real Estate Marketing and Development, the launch of the new $55 million mixed-use development in Morocco reaffirms Tasweek’s commitment to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
The project will suggest further avenues for GCC investors in the African countries as a fascinating, forthcoming, profitable and rewarding investment destination.
In January this year, Tasweek also revealed that it is considering a mutual venture to construct a new 26-hectare mixed-use housing, retail and hospitality complex in Indonesia.
