Damac Properties, a Dubai-based developer will open two new hotels in the Burj Downtown area as it plans to finish above 10,000 serviced hotel apartments by 2018.
According to the developer, Captial Bay and Cour Jardin will be launched in the next couple of months, in addition to Canal Views which is already set and equipped.
The above-mentioned developer initially commenced its serviced living offering with Damac Maison, Dubai Mall Street just under a year ago followed with Naia Jebel Ali.
The Managing Director of Damac Properties, Ziad El Chaar stated that the development in the hospitality sector falls within Damac’s plan to be at the front position of the hospitality sector in Dubai and the Middle East.
It was also stated that Cour Jardin and Capital Bay, along with the earlier finished projects including Damac Maison-Dubai Mall Street, Canal Views and Naia Jebel Ali are all situated in the busiest areas of Dubai, be it the Burj and Business Bay areas or Jebel Ali where the escalating numbers of business visitors and travelers are listed each day, arriving at new peaks with the development of Dubai World Central and Al Maktoum International airport.
Damac Properties has revealed numerous serviced hotel apartments projects in different locations of Dubai spreading from the Burj area to Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village, Dubailand and Dubai World Central.
