Two billion dirham construction plan an advantage for Ajman

Residents of Ajman are excited that a billion dirham venture with golf courses & green lands are happening as intended.

The Al Zorah project, located on the coast of Ajman, incorporates 4 marinas, six lodgings and estates and lofts on over 5.4 mil sqm.

The project is being overseen by gov’t. of Ajman government & Solidere Int’l.

The lakes, sandy areas & almost 2 million square meters of mangroves, are settlement to over fifty-eight birds as well as pink flamingos.

Ajman inhabitants think it was the sort of improvement the emirate required.

“It is a key venture that will reflect a complex and civilized picture of Ajman, and it will expand green zones, protect the ecology that offers beauty,” stated Brigadier General Saleh Al Matrooshi, a chief at Ajman Civil Defense.

The 50 plus avid golf player of over twenty years, quit playing as Ajman did not have a course. But since Al Zorah Golf Club is open, he & his fourteen year old teen go each day.

“The golf course is a top notch venture and the 1st in Ajman. We ought to support these sports ventures,” he said.

An Emirati from Al Jurf named Mohammed Majid, which is a couple of minutes from Al Zorah, said that the vicinity has changed from a dead zone to a vibrant place for amusement.

“The project area is excellent; individuals can set off for unwinding and appreciate the mangroves & flamingos.

“Furthermore, locals in Ajman can use their vacation time there as opposed to making a trip to another emirate or nation, as everything is accessible,” said Majid.

Mohammed included that the trees & grass saves the earth yet that purchasing a land there will be for the most part for investors.

“I don’t believe Ajman’s occupants and Emiratis will purchase here in light of the fact that their homes are near the venture, yet travelers or inhabitants from different emirates will purchase a manor, loft or chalet,” he said.

Philip Henderson, Gen. Mrgr. at Al Zorah Golf Club, said that the venture will get individuals who have never traveled to Ajman.

The latest competition at the course, which launched 3 weeks prior, facilitated 200 players where majority are visiting Ajman for the first time.

The golf course was made by Nicklaus Design, a company established by golf legend Jack Nicklaus and oversaw by Troon Golf.

“Ideally, these efforts will encourage individuals from Abu Dhabi & Dubai for the end of the week,” Mr. Henderson stated.

Golf per se is more famous with expats than Emiratis, however, the club proposed to offer training lessons to local people.

Mr. Henderson included that title competitions will be held at the club in the coming year and that he would have liked to have a professional event eventually one year from now.
