Around $190.5 million or AED700 million is expected to be outlaid for this project and is considered as most significant investment in the UAE healthcare market to date by its developer.

The new hospital will be constructed on its 500,000 square feet site and after the project is completed which is projected to be in 2018, it will have a start up capacity of approximately 150 beds and six operating rooms. It is expected to use the services of over 800 staff.

It is expected that the hospital’s treatment services and facilities will be at par with the developer’s hospitals located in Dubai Healthcare City and Al Garhoud and will offer easy access for those living in ‘New Dubai’.
