The tender for the enabling works of the Al Khail Avenue Mall at Jumeirah Village Triangle has been launched by its Dubai based developer.
The mall which spreads at 3.6 million square foot is expected to open in 2018 and the tender includes the repositioning of the existing infrastructure services at the project site, excavation and shoring works for the mall.
The plot size for the project is approximately 70,942 square meters, and the planned built up area for retail is 165,415 square meters while the parking will be 185,760 square meters.
Once finished. The mall will offer 1.5 million square feet of leasable space and will feature parking spaces which can accommodated more than 400 cars. Its capacity can hold 350 stores, an anchor supermarket, two department stores, food court and a number of dining outlets, and a multi-screen cinema.
