Tecom Business Parks will launch 1 billion dhs worth of construction and development projects in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
The Butterfly is the company’s new venture located in the middle of Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City and is expected to be accomplished by the end of 2015. The 255,000 square feet two-office building boasts with world-class amenities and infrastructure such as spacious outdoor court and custom-made office spaces.
On the other hand, the DuBiotech Headquarters Building nearby Sheikh Zayed , Al Khail Road, and Mohammad bin Zayed Road will be completed by first quarter of 2015. The 500,000 square feet establishment offers commercial spaces and retail units.
A nine storey building, the Publishing Pavilion in International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) is near to its completion in fourth quarter of 2014.
Furthermore, the multi-building development Makateb, and two seven storey towers are currently under construction with handover expected in Q1 2015. Both will accommodate the companies from across the media value chain.
