Abu Dhabi: The Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has encouraged and invited bids for the main contract works of 9 multi-storey residential towers on Saadiyat Island.
The company averred that buildings would be structured on three plots with a total area of 61,000 square metre.
The mentioned project includes construction of podium underground car parking, MEP, architectural works, structural, external work, finishes testing/commissioning, hard/soft landscaping and attaining authority approvals and permits. The piling, underneath works and so on shall be tendered to a different agreement.
Companies who are interested can submit their bids at TDIC before 18th of August 2014.
TDIC stated companies who have a minimum yearly company turnover for construction activities within the UAE of Dh1 billion in all of the last three years.
Meanwhile, Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) revealed that Ali Al Hammadi has been chosen as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by its board members.
