Forty five per cent of the land within Sharjah’s first master-planned development community project will be dedicated to educational facilities according to its developer.
The $653 million or AED 2.4 billion Tilal City which consists of of 1,855 plots of land will contain 11 education facilities such as schools, retail and leisure spots, green spaces, early development centers for children, jogging and bicycle lanes and six mosques.
According to a report, 232 hectares of the development is divided into five districts each exudes specific appearance and ambiance. At the center of the city, an upscale mall is expected to be constructed, bordered by a central garden linking the entire development featuring green public places where restaurants, cafes and shops are to be built.
According to the developer, the development is offered to investors whether to build for sale, lease or for personal use.
