The new owners will be able to live in the villas from the end of 2015 as stated by the project proponent. Nearly half of the second installment is already sold which means 39 buildings ranging in lot size from 800 to 1,400 square meters.

It is composed of single storey villas with a stylish finish and quality community services to residents.

Found near the Bouskoura forest, the project aims to provide for the outskirts of the commercial capital of Anfa. Six slices are planned in this track, for an area of 40 hectares. The total investment of the project is 1 billion dirham.  CASADIAA recently deployed some 260 solar powered lamps for the lighting of public roads leading to the project.

The second installment is also equipped with solar energy, sound insulation, water treatment and wastewater reclamation for irrigation of green spaces. The developer capitalized on the initial success of the project to provide their clients new homes that meet the highest environmental standards.

The size of the area and the use of high-end materials were considered in developing the project. The developer also added that the villas marketed from 5.9 million dirham, meet a group of buyers who want to live outside Casablanca without being far from the city and its amenities.
