Fez, Morocco: Royal Air de Maroc (RAM) was awarded Africa’s best regional airline for 2014 by Skytrax at the World Air Line Awards.
Royal Airlines Morocco ranked in sixth place for the quality of the services proferred by its staff. It also placed as 7th best airlines in Africa after South Africa Airways, Air Mauritius, Air Seychelles, Ethiopian Airlines, Kenya Airways and TAAG Angola Airlines.
RAM has risen from a 2 star ranking and 3 stars on the Skytrax index.
According to the President of Royal Airline Morocco, Driss Benhima, having been awarded as Africa’s best regional airline is a deep tribute to RAM’s staff in order to enhance their performance and boost the eminence of services to attain the level of the top airline companies in the world. The president of RAM also averred that they will be satisfied only when they reach 4 stars in the prestigious ranking of Skytrax.
RAM gained this prominent award by the votes of passengers. The Skytrax World Airline Awards had interviewed thousands of passengers in more than 160 countries as well as the professional and private tourists over a period of 10 months.
