A latest upscale residential community is to be constructed at Mina Al Arab development in Ras Al Khaimah by the end of 2014.
The said project, referred to as Bermuda Villas will feature 157 units with 2-6 bedroom capacity. Dedicated swimming pools will be offered for both adults and children. A play area will be included for the kids’ recreation, multipurpose sport courtyard with bigger green turf areas.
The Managing Director of the project owner announced that the construction of the residential project has a target completion by the second half of 2016. As the biggest property developer on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, the firm had posted net profit worth AED52 million or $14.1 million for the first half of 2014.
Furthermore, the developer also announced the progress of its Flamingo Villas project which features 124-villa costing AED12 billion or $3.2 billion at Mina Al Arab development, which is already underway and is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
