Two new residential and leisure projects were confirmed by a real estate developing firm in Dubai at the Cityscape Global exhibition.
The first project named Dubai Wharf was announced to be developed for housing and leisure purposes. Budgeted with $217.8 million or AED800 million, the project is planned to be constructed in the heart of Culture Village with the view of a canal walkway adjoining to Dubai Creek.
Considering the big demand for residential towers, the developing company described the establishment to have more than 2,000 studio, one, two and three-bedroom homes. There has been a significant growth in the market demand according to what they have observed and they noticed the high interest in homes on the first day of the exhibition.
According to the Chief Officer of Urban Planning and Infrastructure of the developing firm, Dubai Wharf will be included in Dubai’s future landmarks and sought-after place in the Dubai Creek area for dining, entertainment and leisure lifestyle. It is a modern structural design to be expected by residents, local and foreign investors including the tourists in the city.
The other luxury development, Maram Residence will rise in the downtown Burj Khalifa area. The residential project is expected to offer a quality living through its available facilities, location, and lavish design. As an offering to the rising demand for luxury commercial and residential property, Maram Residence is expected to prop up the growing population in Dubai.
Maram will feature two towers both will have 27 floors and will consist of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments together with six penthouses. Business lounges, playing areas for children and infinity pool at the rooftop are also integrated into the design.
