Passenger traffic at Abu Dhabi International Airport increased by 24.8% for the month of August.
In August 2014, a total of 1,920,934 travelers were recorded compared to the similar month of 2013 which was 1,538,632 total travelers.
Aircraft movement in August 2014 was also on the climb arriving at 13,395 movements, representing a 15.4% upsurge on the 11,608 movements that took place in August 2013. Meanwhile, cargo activity in August 2014 rose to 66,215 tonnes, a 9.9% upsurge when compared to August 2013.
