The Dubai World Central (DWC) opened the 6,500 square meter Total Freight Logistics Centre with a capacity of 8,500 pallet positions at the Logistics District.
Initially stated to accommodate 600 pallet, its proposed temperature controlled space can be further expanded depending on the requirement.
According to the Director of business development of Total Freight International, the inauguration of the facility at DWC is a first step in achieving growth in the region.
As part of the World Freight Group, Total Freight International is the first company outside of Dubai Cargo Village to put up its own facility at Dubai World Central which currently having offices and divisions in 120 countries servicing over 400 airports and sea ports around the world.
The new facility is expected to enhance the company’s sea and air operations and will also contribute to speed up the delivery and upgrade the services to its partners. The company is aiming to achieve an increase in business growth of 25% by next year.
