A three-tower project called Montrose has been launched in DuBiotech, a life sciences group under Tecom Investments, at the extension of Umm Suqeim on the way to Mohammad Bin Zayed Road.
The project comprises of a hotel apartment and two residential towers and it is expected that it will meet the increasing demand for selected, gated community projects in Dubai according to the CEO of the developer company.
The towers will have 19 floors and three basement levels. The two residential towers will be installed with 68 one to two bedroom apartments, two four-bedroom and five three-bedroom apartments. On the other hand, the hotel apartment tower is boasting with 68 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom and 88 studio units.
The towers will have amenities including a landscaped garden, a gym and swimming pools, an outdoor sitting area, and kids play area. Montrose’s residential units are scheduled to be on September 6.
