Royal Air Morocco inaugurated the VIP lounge of the new Terminal 1 of the Mohammed V Airport, which will be reserved exclusively for domestic flights.
With its size of 230 square meters, the lounge can accommodate more than 70 people in a pleasant setting with all the comfort conditions. Passengers can take full advantage of the remaining time before the flight or during their communication while enjoying variety of snacks and drinks.
Furthermore, passengers have self-service computers connected to the Internet, and for those with touch pads or smart phones, a wireless network is set up specifically to allow them to work in peace. Flat-screen televisions are provided and selections of national newspapers are also available. Access to the lounge is reserved for business class passengers and those in economy class holding one of the Silver, Gold, Ambassador, Business Partn’Air and Partn’Air RAM cards.
Among the services that were launched this year include the improvement the passenger’s comfort while on board, with the expansion of seating in business class. New flight meal benefits were also introduced, audio and video content were added particularly on long flights. Recently, a dedicated shuttle was provided for business class passengers’
RAM offers its customers the second VIP lounge in the airport Mohammed V for international flights in Terminal 2. The project aims to improve service quality and also increase the level of customer satisfaction. Around 25,000 passengers travel every year domestically in Business Class. The overall traffic of RAM on domestic flights rose by 20% or almost 800,000 passengers from November 1, 2013 to October 2014.
