King Mohammed VI of Morocco is prepared to come in Laâyoune for the 40th Anniversary of the Green March, where he is assumed to divulge the unveiling of a MAD 140 billion project in Western Sahara region.

The Moroccan King had earlier revealed his decision to convey future plans and unpublished news concerning the Sahara.

The sovereign will visit the southern provinces in Morocco in high safety measures led by Minister Delegate for the Interior, Draiss Charki, who is already in the Sahara preparing for the King’s arrival.

King Mohammed VI will deliver the speech of the Green March from Laayoune and launch the second installment of the Sahara development plan. Latest structural projects for Laâyoune will also be launched during the royal visit of King Mohammed VI.

Report also divulged that the new infrastructures will comprise of a phosphate training college, sports complex, a theater, a bus station, new headquarters of the southern provinces agency, and the Princess Lalla Salma university health center.

The 40th Anniversary of the Green March will also be remembered with a football match for charitable trust, in which some of the most prominent football superstars in the world will be involved.
