The marketing of a set of new industrial zones called ‘Settapark’ of the city of Settat has started. The allocation of industrial batches of the park will hold its first meeting on September 30, 2014 to select companies that can be installed in this area.
Settapark is the result of a partnership between the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CFCIM) and the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment and the Digital Economy, the Ministry of Interior, the Regional Investment Centre Chaouia -Ouardigha, the municipality and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Settat and Benslimane Berrechid.
The project, which comes after two remarkably successful projects in Bouskoura and Ouled Salah, is located near the existing industrial area, with direct access from the A7 motorway and 25 minutes from the Mohammed V International Airport.
Offering 85 industrial lots for lease, at an average price of 5 dirham per square meter per month, “Settapark” uses the same model of industrial parks of CFCIM. It offers an integrated package of services that includes security, cleaning, maintenance of green spaces, sharing common services like training room, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops and, above all, one-stop site which acts as an interface between the industry and government departments concerned with the role permissions.
Settapark is one of the first projects approved by the Ministry of Industry as part of the new strategy of the industrial acceleration to improve the competitiveness of the domestic industry.
Something that will enable manufacturers to optimize their investments, by dispensing with the costs associated with the acquisition of real estate, allowing them to focus on the productivity.
