Piling works at the Phase 4 of Madinat Jumeirah project are revealed to be complete as stated by the project owner during a radio interview.
Through the remainder of year 2014, it is expected that the Madinat Jumeira Phase 4 will eventually rise from the ground by December. The fourth phase of the project was awarded to a UK-based builder together with its partner developer in UAE. The construction of the resort started work kicked off earlier this year with a scheduled completion date of 2016.
The project is described as architecturally very well complemented with the conventional features of Madinat Jumeirah’s architecture together with more contemporary facets of Jumeriah Beach Hotel and the Burj Al Arab. The new hotel will put up additional 435 extravagant rooms and suties to the resort coming at a total of 1,300 rooms within the Madinat complex.
Fifteen properties are said to be in the development pipeline of Jumeirah and this upcoming projects are scheduled to open and be operational in Jumeirah in the next three years.
