Dubai is set to become home to the Middle East’s first Lego-themed hotel.
Even if features of the hotel have not been divulged so far, it will be constructed as a part of development activities planned to happen at Legoland Dubai from 2018.
Officials from Dubai Parks and Resorts stated that the hotel will be the first of its kind in the region and the fifth internationally.
The chief projects officer, Paul La France, chief projects officer, Dubai Parks and Resorts said that as a part of their development proposal they prepare to have a Lego-themed hotel in the upcoming, typically in 2018. They cannot discuss any information at the moment however it will be the first of its kind in the country.
Legoland Dubai, which is approximated to launch to the public next year. It will take up around 27 hectares of area, and will encompass above 40 rides, shows and enchantment set in six themed lands – City, Adventure, Kingdom, Create, Factory, and Miniland, including buildings and landmarks from the Middle East.
Above 60m Lego bricks will be needed for the creation of the park, and will be utilized to restructure structures and illustrations of landmarks from across the Middle East.
The amusement location will develop a part of the AED10.54 billion, three theme park leisure development, initially revealed in November 2012.
