Dubai Properties (DP), the property arm of Dubai Holding, has selected the Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) as the principal contractor for the Dh800 million Dubai Wharf project in Culture Village.
By 6.53% of the total construction accomplished as well as the enabling and substructure works, Dubai Wharf is on course to be fulfilled in the first quarter 2017.
Spokesperson for DP, Mohammad Al Habbai stated that this news comes only one month after the project introduction, which is an important highlight for DP and commitment to bringing the project on time. Meanwhile, General Director of ECC, Khodr Aldah, averred that they are going to start construction this month and are completely dedicated to guarantee that the project is prepared for occupation by early 2017.
Dubai Wharf’s four towers will include 582 residential units, 150 retail, and dining units, in addition to 2,080 car parking spaces at basement level. Pedestrian bridges will be structured over the canal to proffer complete connectivity right through all Culture Village developments, while three pedestrian entrances will give advantageous seamless way in points to Dubai Wharf, retail facilities and the canal promenade.
DP has brought Dubai’s most admired residential and mixed-use developments like Al Waha, JBR, The Villa, and Executive Towers, Vision Tower and Bay Square in Business Bay.
