Last year’s annual Cityscape Global real estate event was the occasion when Dubai Properties Group announced that they were offering three and four bedroom luxury apartments in Manazel AlKhor located along creek-side of Culture Village.
The 76 unit of low rise development will be sold and handled from Dubai Properties’ central sales center in Business Bay until mid-2016. The project is under the care of Sun Engineering which was chosen and appointed by Dubai Properties.
Aside from the grand 6 star Palazzo Versace Hotel and D1 Residential Tower, Manazel AlKhor will be enlisted as one of the luxury housing and hospitality projects under construction. Manazel AlKhor is a one of a kind luxury development which will provide to the high demand for roomy, well located residences offering riverside views.
According to the group, the amenities Manazel AlKhor will offer are the gym and pool featuring local architecture and overall ambiance of the traditional Arabic theme. It is said that the traditional Arabic theme and waterside living experience will be helpful to encourage investment for local, regional and international customers.
Once finished, Culture Village will be the city’s first ever creek-side development with a package offering entertainment, residential, retail, commercial and cultural components, attracting both foreign tourists and regional visitors. Also, it will feature a 3.8 kilometer of walkways for strolling and panoramic features, a centrally located marina with link and entry points along the walkway directly connected to Dubai Creek, and a traditional-style souk and mixed use complex overlooking the internal canal.
