With $6 billion megaproject scheduled to be finished by year 2018, the work on the Dubai Pearl project is set to resume in December, according to the developer’s chief executive.
Having a view over Palm Jumeirah, the masterplan for Pearl Dubai comprises of four towers based around a large platform, and are expected to offer 1,490 apartments, a 1,600-seat theatre, seven five-star hotels, and more than 60 restaurants.
The construction will start in December 2014 and will run until March 2015 and the delivery of the project would take place by 2018 with no revisions on the design of the master plan as stated by the Chief Executive of Dubai Pearl FZ LLC.
Three hotel companies are confirmed to be the operator in the Dubai Pearl. Last April 2014, MGM Hakkasan hospitality was created under the joint venture by MGM Resorts and Hakkasan Group in Abu Dhabi.
