Dubai launches two new residential development project

Two new residential projects were recently launched in the area of Al Furjan in Dubai.

These buildings named Azizi Pear and Azizi Berton will be having seven stories each and will highlight a total of more than five hundred residential units.

The Azizi Berton have 245 units that include 191 studio type rooms, 40 one bedroom units, and 14 two bedroom apartments. In the same way, Azizi Pearl will include 260 units which include 192 studio rooms, 54 one bedroom unit and 14 two bedroom apartments.

The launch represents the real estate developer’s 18th and 19th properties. United Arab Emirates-based company lately delivered over 5 more construction projects in Al Furjan – Feirouz, Liatris, Yasamine, Orchid and Iris.

Giving a statement on recent launches, Farhad Azizi, Azizi Development’s chief executive officer expressed that with massive response to their company’s foregoing projects in Al Furjan, Pear and Berton are anticipated to attract more investors in the upcoming weeks.

According to the developer, the structures will contain built-in kitchens, European designs and soft color palette in earth tones. Although the project’s layout is distinct, Art Deco movement has been the inspiration behind both buildings.

Azizi further mentioned that having witnessed the progressive transformation of communities in Al Furjan has become their company’s source of pride, attesting that the company always put the clients needs first.

He also stated that customers can expect to experience the best care and service at every stage of the properties’ development while the company promises a well-designed architecture to exceed homeowners expectations.

The Azizi Pearl and Berton tower residential floor plans will scale from 93 square meters to 186 square meters.

These two projects are anticipated to be delivered by the second quarter of 2019.
