The Arabian Travel Market (ATM) observed a flurry of activity as it was launched at the World Trade Center in Dubai.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, commenced Dubai’s new brand which will be utilized in the international endorsement and advertising of the emirate.
Sheikh Mohammad along with Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai unveiled the brand in his visit to the ATM 2004. They were also accompanied by Sheikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chairman and CEO of Emirates airline and Group.
Sheikh Mohammad gave out directives to administration departments and groups to use the new brand in marketing and promoting Dubai on the international stage to accentuate that the emirate is run by one team and utters with one voice to its residents and guests.
He also visited the proposals of Abu Dhabi’s cultural activities. He welcomed exhibitors and visitors and conveyed pleasure at the Arab and international presence and the extensive contribution by national organizations and departments along with private corporations and establishments.
The ATM as a worldwide cultural event held in the UAE where tourism depends first on the historical landmarks, arts and heritage that differentiate every people. ATM 2014 has made 2,700 exhibitors from 83 countries and it expects 21,000 visitors.
