A new customer suggestion drive has been launched by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) in order to enhance its services and will accept view and opinions on http://esuggest.ae until August 13.
The department is encouraging patrons to share their observation about the organization’s standards of the three extensions of its departments namely Customer Services Department, Real Estate Registration Services Department and Real Estate Relationships Management Services Department.
The campaign was held to achieve its major object which is the provision of better services for all the customers. It is eyeing the service level feedback of ‘happiness’ from ‘satisfaction’. Getting in depth information on how well the organization is performing gives way to more effectively and accurately explain the real estate guidelines of the Dubai government. Eventually, this method will aid the department to become a core of superiority, innovation, development.
All suggestions received will be reviewed by specialists in their departments in order to assess the strategies and look for approaches to change things for the better.
After the evaluation, the department will elect the best among the feedbacks and put them in a raffle for a considerable prize. Also, the person who submitted the winning suggestion will be invited to give details for the improvement of DLD’s social media networks.
