A leading security service provider in UAE supervises the operation of robotic cleaners at DFC.
In partnership with a US-based supplier, the trial for the HydroBot cleaners was held at the Dubai Festival City Mall.
The Hands-Free Cleaning HydroBot uses perceptive sensors and pre-programmable routes. The HydroBot model is one of the three different types of cleaning robots within the series of the so called ‘intellibots’ according to the supplier.
The Hydrobot is outfitted with 19 sensors allowing 360-degrees field of visualization. The highly developed sensors are capable of distinguishing obstacles in its course, even stairs and people walking around.
Moreover, the Hydrobot features Eco Save, a four step distillation system that strain water to one micron. The process gets rid of up to 85% of waste and chemical in the water, recycling it and drastically reducing its effects on the environment.
The operator has the option to put the robot into manual cleaning and Hands-Free Cleaning, so it’s possible to leave it alone to clean in other areas. They can also check the progress at any stage and request for wireless ‘end of shift’ report, as well as the location of the robot, operator identity, running schedule and the exact places that are already cleaned.
