Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding will commence their first residential project in the multi-billion-dollar Dubai Creek Harbor, a 6.5-million square metre urban district, on 1st of November.

The two 40-storey residential buildings (Tower 1 North and Tower 1 South) will be started concurrently in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Moscow with units ranging between 880 and 2,154 square feet.

Dubai Creek Residences will feature six towers and will set up its presence at the creek as part of the island development, according to a report.

The Dubai Creek Harbor, situated next to Dubai Creek and bordering to Ras Al Khor, includes a central business area and a mix of educational, commercial, cultural, commercial, technology, sporting, healthcare, entertainment, shopping malls and residential functions, all planned about a series of lagoons and green boulevard.

Mohamed Alabbar, Emaar Chairman and Ahmad Bin Byat, Dubai Holding Chief Executive Officer will be addressing the media on the new master improvement and expansion, called, ‘the city of the future’.
