Dubai government has revealed plans to build a brand new residential complex for employee workers of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services locate in Warsan-3 area of the said emirate at an investment worth of Dh128 million ($35 million), according to a report.
As a feature of the joint participation between Dubai Corporation and the Dubai Municipality for Ambulance Services, His Highness Sheik Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Chairman of Dubai Municipality has permitted a $35m (AED128m) private complex for medical workers in Warsan-3.
This was expressed by Eng Hussain Nasser Lootah, Dubai Municipality director general, who emphasized that the endorsement from His Highness Sheik Hamdan comes as a major aspect of Dubai Municipality’s endeavors to give fundamental service facilities to serve the government divisions and citizens.
The construction project incorporates five building apartment with G+3 floors; 2 structures for family lodging and three structures for individual lodging keeping in mind the end goal to secure the ideal private environment and service for workers of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (the administrators, paramedics and drivers).
The family segment comprises of 48 lofts and the lodging for people comprises of 284 private rooms.
The compound will have provision for 2 swim pools, 2 play areas, green spaces, and a kids’ play area.
The most recent municipality prerequisites in the utilization of green building and feasible architectural standards have been considered for the venture, as eco friendly building materials will be utilized as a part of the development of the lodging complex.
