The project owner of the Saadiyat Beach Villas (SBV) which construction is ongoing has announced that the third phase of its construction is expected to end on June 2015.
The third phase was fully sold off-plan following its launch in April 2013. Included in the development plan is the putting up of 77 luxurious residences and it will likely lift the total number of properties contained inside the villa-based community to 428 units.
It is said that an aggregate of more than 5,386 cubic meter of concrete have been dispensed on the site as the villas’ sub structure and more than 1,882 cubic meter for the major structure as early as July 2014. Major substructure works have been carried out and it is supposed to be fully done by the fourth quarter of this year. The improvement includes the creation of roof, first, and ground floor columns.
The latest phase of the Saadiyat Beach Villas was brought about by the vast market demand because of its first-class finishes, its sundry offerings and its chief location to Saadiyat Beach. This makes the villas a desirable residential area which will be boosted with other upcoming developments particularly the museums.
