An array of property and urban development projects are set to be executed on the two banks of Dubai Canal.
Over 5,000 residential units and 900 hotel rooms are set for construction on the 4.68 million square meter site with 605,000 square meters allocated for commercial purposes.
The main feature of the development is the three-level mall which offers rooftop park in the Gate Towers Bridge at the entrance of the canal. The mall measures 300,000 square meters and the roof of the mall has been planned as a green park providing an optical connection between its vegetation and Al Safa Park.
About 200 outlets and restaurants and 211 residential units will be built on both sides of the canal. This development will make more spaces for sumptuous property development projects in the Marina vicinity featuring over 60 marinas, 957 five-star hotel rooms, 1,817 residential units, 347 retail stores and restaurants.
The mall will offer 434 retail and restaurants spaces. A five-star hotel, hotel apartments and branded apartments are also included in the Gate Towers project.
Furthermore, four residential towers are planned for construction which will be connected to Al Safa Park, approximately 500 retail outlets and restaurants and 1,141 residential units will be built in the towers.
