The Property Developer and Real Estate Investment Group which brought the world’s tallest “twisted” high-rise in Dubai Marina has unveiled the projects as part of a Dh 3.5 billion development program regard as this year’s largest from a private developer to date.
This program includes the twin-tower in Dubai and two projects in Riyadh. The Dh1 billion Cayan Cantara will be constructed in the Umm Suqeim near the MBR City master-development. Once finished, the project will offer residential spaces and hotel apartments which will be pre-launched for the devoted investors.
According to the developer, 100 out of 700 units of the new project are set to be launched but there is no further announcement regarding the price of each unit
Furthermore, the developer expects that the Umm Suqeim area will receive high investments this year and the upcoming years considering that it is still an emerging neighborhood. On May, the enabling works will be initiated and it is said that an international operator will be assigned to take over the management of the apartments.
