Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA) has decided for an expansion and plans to invest in a land where a new complex intended for the light industrial units (LIUs) for companies operating out of the freezone are to be constructed.
Expected to be completed within 2 years, the construction of the new complex will kick off in the upcoming months. In order to accommodate the surge of tenancy applications coming from local, regional, and multinational companies, DAFZA opted to expand and build the complex.
DAFZA rented the land owned by one of the top real estate and asset management firm in Dubai look forward to strengthen their collaboration in the future. According to the CEO of the Asset Management Group, they are in search of companies and organizations who shows same interest to collaborate and work harmoniously to achieve supplementary sustainable development in Dubai.
It is said that joint ventures greatly play a role in dealing with the demands of major companies especially if its regarding to initiatives of developing various sectors in Dubai.
