The Dubai based project developer has signed contracts for the construction works to be completed at its mixed-use development of over 1,500 villas and serviced residences at Nad al Sheba.
The total cost of the contracts is $653.49 million or AED2.4 billion and will be executed in three stages by three different UAE based contracting companies.
The Nad Al Sheba community spreads at 2.5 million square feet, with wide landscaping and parks, as well as 1,439 three-five bedroom homes for rent and a distinct, resort-style compound with approximately 100 high-end serviced villas, each with private pools.
Residents and guests staying at the special serviced villa complex are privileged to get access to more series of facilities and services, such as an onsite health club complete with spa, fitness center, lap pool, restaurant, in-villa private dining, housekeeping and laundry services.
The first contract worth $225.9 million or AED830 million is intended for main community infrastructure work and the construction of 489 villas. The second package involves the construction of another 482 villas for $214 million or AED789 million. The third contract is about the construction of 468 villas and infrastructure for $212 million or AED781 million.
The community is expected to be completed by 2018 and will also include a club house, public swimming pool, sports arenas and retail center with around 30 shops and cafes.
