Mediclinic Middle East has divulged plans to construct a new general hospital in Dubai.
The company stated the new Mediclinic Parkview hospital will cater the southern part of the city. It will be the same in capacity, size and scope to its existing Dubai facility, structured on a 500,000ft2 location on Umm Suqeim Road, flanked by the intersections of Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
Once accomplish in 2018, it will have an original capacity of approximately 150 beds and six operating theatres. It is projected to employ over 800 staff.
According to the CEO of Mediclinic Middle East, David Hadley, this new hospital will bring the equivalent intensity of service and treatment that their patients have come to anticipate from Mediclinic’s existing hospitals in Dubai Healthcare City and Al Garhoud, but in a far more expedient location for those living in New Dubai.
Roughly AED700 million ($190.5 million) will be the cost of this project, corresponds to Mediclinic Middle East’s most considerable investment in the UAE healthcare market so far, and evidence to buoyancy in the country’s economy and unrelenting progress.
