Abu Dhabi based developer Aldar Properties reported that sales for Yas Acres third phase will start from October 4 at the Aldar Sales Center located in Yas Island.
Yas Acres is the Abu Dhabi-listed developer’s lead golf and waterfront estate development located on Yas Island.
The third phase comprises of 260 homes, including two-and three-room townhouses and three-and four-room duplexes. Costs for homes start at AED2.3 million ($626,199) with sizes available from 200 square meters to 324 square meters, Aldar said in an announcement. The homes listed for sale were constructed on the west side of Yas Acres, close to all amenities.
Aldar will offer installment plans that will appeal ready buyers, specifically its 30 – 70 plan, with 30% of the price tag payable during construction development (5% up front downpayment), and 70% payable at handover.
Introduced in June, the development’s 2nd phase has seen 90% of the homes released to the market, Aldar said. Building construction is aimed to begin before the end of this year, with the initial handovers expected in late 2019.
“The property holders and occupants are fundamental to the way in which Yas Acres has been designed, from the blueprint of the townhouses and villas to the facilities and amenities. This has brought about solid sales, which we hope to proceed with the introduction of this third stage, putting up another two room townhouse offering for sale to the public,” said Aldar Properties CEO, Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak.
“Our varied mix of buyer recommends that Yas Acres will turn into a one of a kind and engaging community – and a standout amongst the most alluring addresses in Abu Dhabi.”
Yas Acres will have two schools, mosques, a nine hole golf course and member’s country club; a yacht club and marina; alongside retail, swimming pools, outdoor dining areas, leisure facilities, amusement and parks.
Aldar Properties announced that it has sold out the first phase of 267 units at Yas Acres, generating 272 million dollar (AED1bn) in sales.
The third phase of this $1.6bn golf and waterfront villa development on Yas Island will have its public sale to begin on October 4, 2016.
