Al Noor Hospital, an Emirati healthcare provider has came into long-term contracts, worth AED1 billion with Al Saqr Property Management.
The contract allows Al Noor to develop its three main hospitals in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Accordingly, the provider’s new blocks under structure at Al Ain Hospital, and its Airport Road facility in Abu Dhabi, will both two times in size.
A 6,585sqm building is being added to Al Ain Hospital, which at this time covers 6,802sqm. Al Saqr will construct expansion for the Airport Road facility, approximated to value AED330 million.
Al Noor’s Khalifa Street Hospital site was constructed after the renovation of 79 flats within an existing structure.
