Al Fara’a wins Maryah Plaza contract

Farglory Middle East, Taiwanese developer assigned Al Fara’a Group, a civil construction firm based in Abu Dhabi, as the primary contractor for the Maryah Plaza venture.

Once finish, Maryah Plaza will set another benchmark in worldwide extravagance living. The four-tower building symbolizes the first ever Middle East commission by Pritzker prize-winning architect Lord Richard Rogers.

With designs now final and the principal contractor now secured, work is in progress at the mixed-use dev’t site.

Farglory Middle East executive, Jack Hu, said that at this point, they are a major step closer to producing the quintessential living to the heart of Al Maryah Island, which is set to be developed as a critical part of Abu Dhabi’s future.

“With our solid reputation of more than 700 fruitful worldwide construction projects, we trust Maryah Plaza will turn into a global icon and a benchmark for extravagance and we are pleased to work with such a solid local contractor. Working in collaboration with RSH+P and Al Fara’a Group we are building another engineering landmark together that will redefine the skyline of Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island.”

Positioned at the waterfront in Al Maryah Island’s new economic free zone, Maryah Plaza will comprise of 4 towers, there of which will accommodate lavish apartments.

The first of 3 29-story high towers is planned to be finished in 2018, offering a variety of home choices from one room lofts to penthouse suites with private swim pools and porches.

The fourth, and biggest tower, will contain workplaces, serviced apartments, as well as a hotel boutique with bistros, restaurants and shops, spread over the building’s ground level.

Each of the four structures will present lavish amenities such as a clubhouse, zero-edge infinity pool, exercise center, spa, and an outdoor display gallery with manicured garden space.
