The Tourism Development and Investment Company or TDIC has affirmed that the building construction of Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the first of Saadiyat Cultural District’s residential building in Abu Dhabi, is well under way.
In April of this current year, the undertaking was honored to a joint venture between Pivot Engineering and General and the San Jose Contracting and Contracting. The agreement was estimated at 1.25 billion dirhams, with the undertaking slated for delivery in the second quarter of 2018.
TDIC said that the basement’s completion, as well as platform levels is set to be finished by first quarter of 2017.
Mamsha Al Saadiyat is a 1.4 kilometer mixed-use beachfront venture, which will include nine low-rise residential structures containing 462 units.
Of these, 327 units will be one to four room flats extending from 106 to 473 square meters in size. Seventy-eight will be lofts, and 47 will be about 2 to 3 bedroom townhouses and garden units with some having a rooftop garden that offers direct access to the podium level.
The private residences likewise has nine five-room penthouses which range from 1,055 to 1,099 square meters; every penthouse highlights a porch with private swimming pool.
