Development is on its way as Delma School which located in Abu Dhabi is currently under construction phase according to plans. It expected to be finished by second quarter of next year as per statement from Abu Dhabi Gen Services Company or Musanada.
By June of 2018, the school will be set for handover.
Delma School project which is said to be valued more than a hundred million dirham or less than thirty million dollars will complete the Phase six of the construction program for Abu Dhabi Future Schools that will highlight modern safety & security systems.
According to Musanada, Delma school will incorporate thermal insulation system designed for outer walls as well as roof that is lined with the principles of green building on top of an electromechanical management system which adds to a building’s operation effectivity & lessens power usage.
Situated in Delma Island, this project development will include a kinder & cycle-one school. The primary building will have twenty-eight class rooms, a prayer room, library, a function hall, admin offices, a café, laboratories and music class rooms.
Project development will also include exterior landscape activities as well as playground assembly.
There will be more than six hundred cycle-one students and a hundred sixty pupils that Delma school will accommodate. Under the guidance of CORE Engineering Consulting Company, the facility is set on a 9800 square meter lot and about seven hundred engineers and workers are presently working to finish the school.
The main contractor for this project has been given to Nael General Contracting Company and is being helped by 7 sub contractors.
