Abu Dhabi developer of Saadiyat Island, Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has revealed the commencement of a new residential community in the Saadiyat Beach District.
The development project is also known as Jawaher Saadiyat, will be a gated community having a total of 83 units as well as a number of four, five and six-bed villas and four-bed townhouses. It will be based on the edge of the Gary Player-designed golf course and will be close to both the Manarat Al Saadiyat exhibition centre and the Cranleigh Abu Dhabi school.
The units will range in size from between 4,628ft2-13,648ft2 and will comprise floor-to-ceiling windows. The bigger villas will also highlight a majlis with its own pantry, toilets, an office and guestroom including a dedicated driver’s and cook’s room.
Ali Yousif Al Hammadi ,TDIC CEO stated that the commencement Jawaher Saadiyat comes following an in-depth research which revealed that the market still lacks this category of four and five-bedroom villas and townhouses. For that reason, they foresee vast desire from possible homeowners and investors.
Investors can enlist their interest in properties at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi event, which will start on Tuesday, 21 April 2015.
