Several projects were launched across the province of Kenitra during the Feast of His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s enthronization.
First inaugurated during the occasion is the brand new vehicle registration center directed by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Logistics which is intended to offer optimal reception services and comprises with waiting and reception areas, examination room, a data processing unit, several office spaces and six automated teller machines with a system for waiting time management.
This new center measuring 902 square meter required a budget of MDH4 million.
New headquarters for the 4th district police at the Ouled Oujih locality was also inaugurated. The project is part of the strategy made by the Directorate of National Security (DGNS) to the fight against crime ensuring the safety of citizens and to bring government closer to citizens and to introduce the new concept of authority.
The project Corniche beach Mehdia was also formally opened sponsored by the Directorate General of local, regional and provincial budget for a total amount more than 10 million dirham. The redevelopment project objectives were under the national agenda for clean beaches. The project is set to improve the conditions and attractiveness of the site, while meeting the criteria of Blue Flag label awarded by the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection. This label is only bestowed to beaches which comply with the quality standards of water, environment and development, environmental education and waste management.
New 1200 square meter headquarters of the district police distinguished with a striking architecture mixed with modernity and custom were also launched in the town of Souk El Arba.
Through the skills and technical know-how of the artisans of the city, the district can offer its best for its citizens.
