The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) recently commenced a service for the permits through their RTA DUBAI App. The urge is a part of RTA’s amplified efforts to utilize the technology for serving the community and patrons.
It is inspired by the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, to transform Dubai into a disabled-friendly city by 2020.
According to the director of drivers’ licensing, lessening the process of parking permits has become a pressing need for the elderly including the disabled. More to that point, the RTA has boarded on a plan to intensify the number of services offered by means of the smart applications platform.
As soon as approved, the permits will be delivered to the applicant.
