Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Blvd Zerktouni, Casablanca, Morocco
A private company in Casablanca is looking for a female Personal Assistant to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, logistic and organizational support to the Management.
Key responsibilities:
- Regularly checking, maintenance and managing management’s itinerary and correspondence
- Screening of calls, correspondence and incoming documents, highlight urgent correspondence for management’s review and response
- Track market intelligence and tenders related to the business industry
- Manning office systems including data management and filing
- Keep track of management calendar including appointments, meeting, events and occasions
- Arranging travel tickets, visas and accommodation as well as ensuring all engagements are in place and according to the management schedule
- Liaising with other office staffs, clients, guest and visitors
- Writing correspondents, prepare research and presentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking) with perfect articulation in reading and speaking
- Pleasing Personality/ Very good presentation
- Advance knowledge in computer and filing system
- Organized and multi-tasking
- Can work under pressure with attention to details and deadline
- Dedicated and has initiative
