In line with its motivation on developing the infrastructure as well as meeting the increasing New Water Pipeline Project In Hatta Costs Aed 30 Milliondemands for its services across Dubai, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) commenced a new water pipeline project in Hatta.
The project amounting AED 30 million consists of planning and laying of 30 kilometers new water pipe distribution networks ranging from 100-450mm in diameter.
DEWA says on a press release that their firm is effectively contributing to the social, economic, and environmental development of Dubai by providing uninterrupted supplies of electricity and water.
“The objective of the Hatta project is to raise the efficiency of water distribution networks in the area, and strengthen water supply to meet increasing demand. This will contribute to consolidating Dubai’s position in the region, and promote sustainable development,” a high official from DEWA says.
“The project includes the extension of water distribution pipes ranging in size from 100 to 450 mm in diameter. We have completed 10 percent of the total so far, and we aim to deliver water to the expanding residential areas in Hatta shortly,” he added.
New water pipeline project in Hatta is expected to be completed in 14 months as per schedule.
