Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) has declared that the latest New Abu Dhabi Hotel Features Sand-Bottom Swimming Pooldevelopment with Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island hotel will be an exceptional sand-bottom swimming pool.
Opening in 2015, the new hotel in the capital city will consist of 336 rooms, beach villas, restaurants, gymnasium, spa center, conference facilities that can accommodate 800 guests and the boasted a sand-bottom swimming pool.
It will be constructed 91,000 square meter plots on Saadiyat Island procured by UAE developer Bin Otaiba Investment Group.
Chairman of Bin Otaiba Investment Group said, “We are pleased to be investing on Saadiyat Island as this is a promising destination and a great opportunity that suits our business module. Our promise to our customers is guaranteed excellence, luxury and innovation and the new five-star hotel we are developing will reflect these high standards”.
“The sale of this land plot to Bin Otaiba Investment Group reassures the leading position of Saadiyat as a strategic location for investment and an ideal residential and tourism destination,” TDIC added.
Bin Otaiba is presently coordinating with some hotel operators to manage the new hotel but it’s been said that the range of properties already includes Abu Dhabi’s Millennium Hotel and Sharjah’s Hilton and Embassy Suites Hotel.
Saadiyat is the central spot for Abu Dhabi’s goal to become a cultural tourism destination, with the Louvre Abu Dhabi set to open also in 2015, and the Zayed National Museum in 2016 and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi in 2017 subsequently.
