The AED200 million ($54.4mn) worth residential development project Al Manara Tower was launched and will be constructed in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.
Construction work on Al Manara Tower is currently on progress and has reached 20%. This project is expected to be completed in two years. Once finished, it will feature 300 residential units covering studio sized apartments and one and two-bedroom apartments.
The building will also include retail outlets and array of relaxation and entertaining facilities like the sauna, swimming pool, health club with gym, Jacuzzi and steam room.
The finished building will have customized glass facades and high-class interiors, with all units will be outfitted with all-inclusive modern amenities and services.
Resting on a total area of 900 hectare land, the Jumeirah Village Circle can be reached sing the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Hessa Road and Al Khail Road. The development is expected to offer housing for more than 300,000 people. The neighborhood will be a fully family-oriented zone offering hospitals, shops, schools, playgrounds parks and green spaces as well as mosques. Mohamed Dekkak
