Nakheel is set to commence a new, gated community of 1,000 villas, as well as the 100 high-end, serviced residences managed by a world-renowned hotel operator.
Situated in Dubai’s Nad Al Sheba district, the development will comprise a total of 900 three to five bedroom villas for lease and a separate resort-style complex of 100 high-end, serviced homes – all with private swimming pools, the developer said in a statement.
Nakheel has signed a contract for AED27 million for design and engineering services for the said project, which has an approximated construction worth of AED2.5 billion.
This new residential and resort-style community project at Nad Al Sheba will further boost the increasing hospitality, leasing and retail offerings which are all keys to long term business plan.
Spanning of 2.5mn ft2 with communal park areas and large landscaping, Nakheel’s Nad Al Sheba community will also have retail centre with cafes, shops, a clubhouse and a community pool and sports courts.
Nakheel said occupants and guests at the 100 serviced villa complex will have restricted access to an added range of high-end facilities and services, an onsite health club with spa, wellness centre and lap pool, housekeeping and laundry services and a restaurant, in-villa private dining. Meanwhile, occupants will also have an exclusive access to the beach facilities on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
Nakheel’s existing residential leasing collection consists approximately 17,000 units at different Nakheel communities in Dubai as well as International City, The Gardens, Jebel Alo Village and Discovery Gardens with more to come at Nad Al Sheba and Warsan Village
